Νέα προιόντα από την ΕΒΑΛ - The new products of EVAL

Η ΕΒΑΛ Α.Ε, ο γνωστός κατασκευαστής και διανομέας ναυτιλιακού και σωστικού εξοπλισμού πρόσφατα παρουσίασε μερικά νέα προϊόντα. Η εταιρεία προσφέρει πλήρη σειρά τέτοιου εξοπλισμού σύμφωνα με τις τελευταίες διεθνείς προδιαγραφές (   CE   approvals,   SOLAS  L.S.A.  CODE  -­  CE  96/98  approvals,  IMO  MSC.200(80)  &  IMO  MSC.207(81) για σκάφη αναψυχής και cruisers κατέχοντας και πατέντες για αρκετά από αυτά τα προϊόντα.

The   company   offers   a   complete   range   of   safety   equipment   meeting   the   latest   standards   (   CE   approvals,   SOLAS  L.S.A.  CODE  -­  CE  96/98  approvals,  IMO  MSC.200(80)  &  IMO  MSC.207(81),  for  leisure  boats   up  to  cruise  vessels, while it holds patents for some of these products.

Τα σκάφη αναψυχής από αλουμίνιο γίνονται ολοένα πιο δημοφιλή στην κεντρική και βόρεια Ευρώπη και αυτή η τάση επεκτείνεται και στα φουσκωτά επίσης. Το ολλανδικό ναυπηγείο Tenderline Schotman Maritiem έχει λανσάρει αλουμινένια σκάφη εδώ και αρκετό καιρό και πρόσφατα παρουσίασε το Alu 8.0 Rib, ένα σκάφος πολλαπλής και βαριάς  χρήσης όμως αρκετά κομψά σχεδιασμένο. Η κατασκευή αλουμινίου ενισχύει τις αρετές του RIB καθότι είναι ανθεκτική, έχει μακροζωία και δεν απαιτεί συντήρηση.

Aluminum recreational boats are getting increasingly popular in the central and northern Europe and this trend has already been taking into the Ribs as well. The dutch shipyard Tenderline Schotman Maritiem has launched aluminum boats for some time now and recently it presented the Alu 8.0 Rib, a multipurpose  and heavy duty boat but still an elegantly designed craft. Aluminum construction strengths the virtuous properties of a Rib because it is durable, long lasting and maintenance free.

Boot 2011: Η Καταδυτική Έκθεση-The Dive Show

Τα ταξίδια άρχισαν να ανακάμπτουν μετά την πτώση του 2009 και κατά την διάρκεια του περασμένου χρόνου σημείωσαν μια αύξηση της τάξης του 6.7% διεθνώς. Αυτό ήταν μια πολύ καλή ώθηση για την συγκεκριμένη αγορά του καταδυτικού τουρισμού και περισσότεροι ταξιδιώτες επέλεξαν προορισμούς πολύ μακρύτερα από τις πατρίδες τους για να απολαύσουν τις βουτιές τους. Έτσι, η ατμόσφαιρα στο κτήριο 3 κατά την διάρκεια της Boot 2011 στο Dusseldorf είχε αναθερμανθεί καθώς τα πρώτα κλεισίματα αυξήθηκαν δείχνοντας ότι όταν ο κόσμος ταξιδεύει έχει μεγαλύτερη τάση να αγοράζει νέο εξοπλισμό και να παρακολουθεί εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα.

The travel industry resumed ground after a decline  in 2009 and during the last year it went up hitting an overall increase of 6.7% internationally. This was a big boost for the niche diving tourism and more travelers selected destinations far away form there homes to enjoy their dives. So, the spirits in Hall 3 during  Boot 2011 in Dusseldorf were higher than the previous fair  as the pre bookings recovered illustrating that the more the people travel the more likely they buy new equipment and join training programs.

Πανελλήνιο Πρωτάθλημα Viper Ribs 2011 - Hellenic Viper Ribs Championship 2011

Το Πανελλήνιο Πρωτάθλημα Φουσκωτών Σκαφών, Viper Ribs 2011, θα ανοίξει την αυλαία του το Σαββατοκύριακο 7 & 8 Μαΐου στην Ρόδο όπου θα διεξαχθεί η πρώτη αγωνιστική. Όλα τα προηγούμενα πρωταθλήματα έχουν ξεκινήσει από την Ρόδο καθότι ο Ροδιακός Όμιλος Ταχυπλόων σκαφών (Ρ.Ο.Τ.Α.) που θα οργανώσει τον διήμερο αγώνα είναι ο πιο έμπειρος φορέας και έχει πάρει πρωτοβουλίες για να βελτιωθεί η οργάνωση του θεσμού και να αυξηθεί η ασφάλεια των πληρωμάτων και για τον λόγο αυτό λειτουργεί ως πρότυπο για όλους τους συνδιοργανωτές ομίλους. 

The Hellenic (Greek) Rib Championship, Viper Ribs 2011, will begin on the weekend 7 & 8 of May in Rhodes where the first race will take place. All former Championships have started in Rhodes since R.O.T.A. , the local Rib club and organizer of this two day race is the most experienced body and has initiated a lot of efforts to improve the organization regulations and increase the crew safety and therefore acts as a role model for the other co-organizing clubs.

Κοινωνική προσφορά από τον Ρ.Ο.Τ.Α. - Social activities by R.O.T.A.

 Ο όμιλος φουσκωτών σκαφών ταχυπλόων φουσκωτών ΡΟΤΑ έχει προβεί σε μια νέα δράση στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος του “Ταξιδεύω & Προσφέρω” με στόχο να παρέχει δωρεάν (προληπτικές) ιατρικές εξετάσεις στα παιδιά της Δωδεκανήσου. Ο πρώτος προορισμός της ομάδας των γιατρών, μελών του ΡΟΤΑ ήταν η Χάλκη που την επισκέφτηκαν το Σαββατοκύριακο 5-6 Μαρτίου. 

 R.O.T.A. the Rib fans club from Rhodes has launched a venture through its program “Travel & Offer” aiming at giving free medical examinations to all the children living in the Dodecanese islands. The first destination that the physicians team, members of the club, visited on the weekend 5-6 of March 2011 was Chalki island.

Boot 2011: The Dusseldorf Boat Show – Το Ναυτικό Σαλόνι του Dusseldorf

Αν θα μπορούσα να αποδώσω όλη την εικόνα του φετινού Ναυτικού Σαλονιού στο Dusseldorf (Boot 2011) με τέσσερις λέξεις, τότε αυτές θα μπορούσαν να είναι: Λιγότεροι εκθέτες, περισσότεροι επισκέπτες!. Πράγματι, η μείωση των εκθετών σ’ αυτή την πρόσφατη διοργάνωση ήταν πολύ εμφανής καθότι υπήρχαν άδειοι χώροι στην συνολική έκταση της αλλά από την άλλη πλευρά περισσότεροι επισκέπτες προσήλθαν για να δουν το μεγαλύτερο και πιο επιβλητικό γεγονός της Ευρώπης όσο αφορά τον κλάδο της θαλάσσιας αναψυχής. 

If I would be able to illustrate the whole picture at this year’s Dusseldorf Boat Show (Boot 2011) within just four words, then these could be: Less exhibitors, more visitors!.  In deed the decline in exhibitors at the recent fair was very noticeable as there were empty spots on the floor plan but on the other hand an increased number of visitors came to see Europe’s largest and most prestigious event in the leisure marine industry.
